During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the nice and clean rooms that were definitely worth the money. The check-in process was quick and easy. the customer service provided by the front desk was top-notch, as the staff resolved an issue with our first room promptly and moved us to a fresh, newly cleaned room.
The location of the hotel was difficult to find. It is situated on a busy highway next to a gas station, and its exterior still showed the old name.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities and impeccable service. the customer service, specifically Juan Carlos at the front desk, was exceptional. He quickly resolved a minor issue with our initial room and moved us to a fresh and inviting one.
The only downside we encountered was the noise at night. We could hear people walking, talking, and even playing music, which disturbed our sleep.

The hotel’s location is deceptive as it is hard to find. the hotel staff is helpful and friendly. the room is pleasant and hygienic, which make the stay more comfortable. the customer service is excellent and the front desk staff ensures that the guests' needs are addressed. the hotel offers various facilities, including a clean bathroom, relaxing beds and free Wi-Fi that works perfectly.
The walls are too thin, and guests can hear noise from the surrounding areas and from other rooms, which can be disturbing at night.

The unpleasant noise at night was a turn, off. Loud footsteps and constant chatter made it difficult to sleep.
